The Challenge
The challenge arose when a friend by the name of Emmarose developed skin irritation and skin sensitivity issues due to all the beauty products that disrupt the natural PH levels within the skin. She found that her skin would always have a bad reaction to most products due to all the unknown ingredients listed on the packaging. Her solution was to create a natural range of beauty products that would cater to many people who suffer from skin sensitivity issues and the need for more natural products that won't cause any irritations in this regard. As a result - Rose Beauty was created.
My Role
As a startup Rose Beauty was in need of a logo design, as well as basic CI, labelling for product and packaging design in order to successfully cater to the needs of its customers. As a designer, I consulted with Emmarose on the look and feel of her business and logo as well as the idea she wanted to convey. The idea she had in mind was a very clean, simple and elegant logo design with a touch of feminity.
The Result
The result was a logo design that was pleasing to the client along with an idea of how the logo would be featured in her business collateral.
